freddi price is a multi-instrumentalist and multidisciplinary performer living in the San Francisco Bay Area; a vocalist, composer and writer, actor, voice over/sound artist, puppeteer and builder . In his musical life he has covered the bases performing and recording blues, rock, folk,  lounge, cabaret, new music, electronic, spoken word and jazz, performing with, besides being a founding member of San Francisco’s Rube Waddell, a seminal underground junkyard Americana rock band, he has also performed with the As Is Brass Band(founding member/composer), the Last Night of the Barbary Coast(music director/composer/actor), the Extra Action Marching Band(performer/composer), the Wink and Yoni show, Lord Loves a Working Man and solo, as well as performing/recording with Carla Kihlstedt, Jolie Holland, Eric McFadden, Mark Growden, Moe! Staiano and many others of the prolific Bay Area music scene.

His style and works are as varied as his carrier ranging from street performing basic blues to avant garde accompaniment for large performance pieces, theater, puppet theater, recorded and unpublished “new music” and electronic works, as well as compositions for solo, duet and chamber ensembles. He has traveled the world and been a student of various musical traditions along the way. His compositions feature in all his bands as well as having been used some for film and commercial use. He has a long history of musical as well as theatrical experience and is a well-loved and sought after collaborator in the San Francisco Bay Area scene.
