Among all the splendor of being back in the Bay Area for a bit in its sun and warmth and leisurely life-style, I have the pleasure to entertain the peeps throughout my stay here. Coming up (rather quickly):
On Friday, the Valentine, at noon I will be Joining John Law and Mayor Ed Lee in commemorating the Doggie Diner doghead that still remains aloft at Sloat and 45th Ave. in San Francisco. I will be joined by the eminent Joshua Brody in playing and singing some doggie songs for the folks who choose to gather there.
On Sunday, Feb. 16th I will be playing solo for the dinner and a show at Chicken John’s space in celebration and support of Paul deJong’s ongoing efforts to please the masses. See here.
Then on Saturday, Feb. 22nd, I am very excited to be re-joining with the OG line-up of Lord Loves a Working Man, performing at “prom night” in Oakland at the Jewel Box – 2509 Myrtle
…and then I’ll be off, back to the East in pursuit of my own tail…
